CRSSD Festival

Stockzilla at Santee Lakes

Kids Free in October at San Diego Zoo & Safari Park 
Throughout the month of October, children 11 years old and younger receive free admission. Kids Free Days is designed to give children an opportunity to visit the Zoo and learn about the Earth’s creatures, and the conservation efforts underway to save them.

Young People’s Concert  
The La Jolla Symphony & Chorus will hold its fourth annual Young People’s Concert on Friday, October 28 in Mandeville Auditorium on the UCSD campus. The free concert, conducted by Steven Schick, will feature selections from one of the most well-known and loved symphonies ever written, Beethoven’s Fifth. A great introduction to the symphony for school-aged children, conductor and educator Schick will provide engaging commentary from the stage during the concert.
